–Size-Reduction and Grinding Services

• Size-reduce many types of cured rubber and specialty polymers from very large size sheets and bails or granules ranging in size from 1/2- to 1/8-inch. Regrinding can be specified for mesh sizes ranging from minus 10 to an UltraFine™ powder form. UltraFine™ grades range from minus 40 mesh (420 microns) to minimum 200 mesh (175 microns). Our most popular is UltraFine™ GF-80, a minus 80 mesh grade with a 200 mesh (74 micron) mean particle size.
• Provide assistance in spotting trailers to collect grind material.
• Provide quality-control assurance and testing during processing to ensure that product specifications are met.
• Tailor packaging to specific requirements for bulk handling to totes or super bags. Polyethylene (various materials), Kraft, or lined bags may be used and filled to specific weight tolerances ranging from 10 to 50 pounds(±1% tolerance).
